Court-Ordered & Legal Testing in Fredericksburg, VA.

Chain-of-custody drug, alcohol, and DNA testing that holds up in court. Same-day appointments. Mobile collection available.

If a judge, probation officer, attorney, or child protective services has ordered you to test, the collection has to be done correctly the first time. A result without a documented chain of custody is a result the court can disregard — which means you paid for a test that didn’t count.

Vantage Professional Solutions performs court-admissible collections at our Fredericksburg office or at your location, throughout the I-95 corridor.

Same-Day and Next-day Appointments available.

What Makes a Test “Court-Admissible”

Three things, and all three are required:

Testing Solutions We Provide:

If You’ve Been Ordered to Test

Bring your court order or paperwork. It tells us exactly what the court requires — panel size, observation, look-back period. Testing for the wrong thing wastes your money and your deadline.

Bring government-issued photo ID. Driver’s license, state ID, passport, or military ID. Without it we cannot perform a legal collection.

Come prepared to provide a sample. For urine, arrive hydrated but don’t overdrink — an over-dilute specimen can be rejected and you’ll have to return.

Know your deadline. If you have a court date, tell us when you book. We schedule around filing deadlines and can expedite lab processing when the timeline is tight.

Disclose prescriptions to the MRO, not to us. If you take a prescribed medication that could produce a positive, you’ll have the opportunity to explain it to the Medical Review Officer directly and confidentially. That’s the correct channel, and it’s what protects you.

A note on refusal: failing to appear, refusing to provide a sample, or providing an adulterated or substituted specimen is generally treated by courts the same as a positive result. If you can’t make your appointment, call and reschedule — don’t just miss it.
